Evil spirit in my dream, What does it mean?

Last night I had a dream I was in this steamy room, Kinda like a shower or locker room. I saw this girl with long wavy black hair. From the back she looked normal bu when she turned around her face was cut and bloody, she was dead and it was an evil spirit. She touchedd my face then I woke up terrified. I had the feeling while awake she was here in the room, I just kept waiting to feel her grab my leg. What does this dream mean? Does it mean anything or did I just have a random nightmare. It is still very clear in my mind like it happened for real. Somebody please help?!?!?
