I dOnt like my friend, how do i call it off without being mean?

Ok she lies a a lot, she over exaggerates, and she's all over boys. Shes 12 years old, and on her third boyfriend in 2 weeks, and the things she says are disgusting and sexual, and all she does is curse. I'm not with the way she acts. How do I call it off without being mean?
