Verizon Warranty Question? Help?

Well I had the Droid Incredible but it broke a couple of days ago, i broke it on purpose because I was growing tired of it, it would lag, dial random numbers, force close on messaging system n all that. Well I made it look like a manufacturing problem so it is still covered by warranty, and they said that they would send a refurbished Droid Incredible since they no longer make any new ones because it reached End Of Life on March 31. I was wondering, if the replacement phone broke and it looked lik a manufacturer problem, would they give me credit to another type of phone, or is it after your third replacement phone breaks?
