Need advice on a tatoo I want?

I guess the link doesnt work but if you go on google and search up images for awesome tatoo ideas for guys, its the 4th row down and the third pick to the right. the skull. where do you think it would look best on the body? should I get it small, medium, or large sized, and how much approx would it cost? I dont want the flames around it just the skull.
